The Adaptive Mobile Policy Control Framework provides protection against illegal or inappropriate content, mobile viruses and malware, and unsolicited or unauthorised communications. It works across all mobile services (WAP, SMS, MMS, email), all forms of access (Mobile, WiFi, WiMax) and for all media including mobile internet, text, images, music, voice and video. This unified protection ensures the growth of data ARPU for mobile and convergent operators, and reduces churn through increased customer profiling. Mobile operators globally are using the Policy Control Framework to respond to regulatory pressures, provide Parental Controls and extend corporate security policies through to mobile devices.

Our open standards platform enables self-service and advanced telephony applications using speech recognition, speech synthesis,  call routing,  conferencing, outbound and video calling functionality. The Open Media Platform supports IMS, SIP, ISDN & SS7 Networks. They are also pioneers in the field of Video IVR.

The prinipal market area of Accuris is in the roaming and fixed mobile convergence solutions where their main products are AccuROAM which provides seamless subscriber roaming between existing cellular networks and IP based based networks, AccuROAM IIF which  CDMA carriers to enable their subscribers to raom to GSM networks, AccuVANTAGE which managers subscribers roaming and controls the networks that they are
allowed to roam into, AccuPROFILE which allows over the air provisioning of CDMA handsets. Accuris has partnerships with HP, Tech Mahindra, Cicero Networks and e28.

 

Vodafone

Vodafone is Ireland's leading mobile communications operator with over 2.265 million customers and a market share of approximately 45%. Vodafone first entered the Irish market in May 2001, after acquiring Eircell in the largest deal ever in Irish corporate history, but their origins date back to 1984, when Ireland’s first mobile phone service was launched as part of the former state telco Telecom Eireann. Operating under the separate brand, Eircell, it enjoyed huge expansion in the late 1990s as mobile telephony was embraced in Ireland.

Cellusys

Cellusys was founded in 2005. Cellusys currently employs 12 people, half of whom are women, with a sales director based between Dubai and Paris. Cellusys is a mobile telecommunications software company, which provides mobile network operators, system integrators and other businesses with a suite of software solutions for messaging, SMS conference calling, digital content delivery, mobile email and IP based voice systems.

 

3PlayPlus

3PlayPlus

3PlayPlus have formed partnerships with network operators to support the deployment of their services. 3PlayPlus do not offer services directly to business-end customers. Their solution can be completely white labeled and managed by their channel partners. 3PlayPlus can provide the technology solution alone or in tandem with full customer management.
Their principal marketing area is in Triple Play Services, however, triple play is not the end of the line for 3Playlus but a step towards becoming a true multi-service provider. 3PlayPlus concentrate on service design and delivery of these services to customers. Their strategy and  is focused on the creation of innovative applications and services delivered to the customer within a flexible and cost effective pricing and packaging bundle.

 

ANAM

Anam Beyond Messaging

The principal marketing area of  ANAM is in person to person messaging services/frameworks. The main product offered by ANAM is Eclipse SMSX which has been built specifically to handle all application-orientated and application-terminated traffic far more efficiently than traditional SMSC architectures. Of course, Eclipse SMSX can also handle all person-to-person traffic with ease, delivering a reduced load on the SS7 network. Smart service logic can provide messaging solutions across bearer technologies… therefore should work with IMS.

 

Openmind Networks

Openmind Networks

The main market area of openmind is in the provision of intelligent messaging routers. Their main product is Traffic Control,which is a feature rich multi-protocol message router which allows operators to build more efficient messaging networks. Customers in four continents use Openmind Networks products to provide services to hundreds of millions of
mobile subscribers. Openmind Networks has developed a suite of product extensions that extend the underlying capabilities of Traffic Control to address key business areas including spam and privacy protection, personalised service support and adaptation to standard compliant application servers.

 

Eircom

Eircom is an Irish fixed line telecoms provider, ISP and WiFi hotspot provider. It also owns the Mobile Network Operator, Meteor. Eircom offer a range of home phone solutions to the residental market, ranging from basic call services to calls plus broadband bundles. Eircom also offer a number of business solutions that offer a level of service far above that
demanded by the residential sector and specifically aimed at corporate customers. Eircom also acts as one of the many ISPs operating within Ireland. In addition to their corporate and residential broadband and dial-up services, they also offer a number of internet services such as e-mail and web space. The company is currently expanding their service
market into security services for online users.

 

Trust5

Trust5 already have a working relationship with O2 Ireland, where they manage the O2 Active mobile internet site. They have also designed, and host and manage the LFC WAP and MobileZone web sites on behalf of Liverpool FC.tv in partnership with O2 Ireland. Their main market area is in the mobile internet services and data services provider. Their main products are MimeCity which is a mobile community and networking service that enables users to share, communicate and collaborate online. MIME which enables users to create a customised and personalised mobile internet portal using an online interface and GameZine which delivers an easy to use and easy to find mobile games service.

 

Business Runways

The principal market area of business runaways is Data Management & Business Intelligence in the Telco space.  They focus on Mobile & Fixed resellers and VoIP Service providers. Their main product is the Business Runways Business Intelligence Tool, an analytical tool to process large data blocks and provide high level information, protect against revenue leaks and raise alarms based on certain configurations.

 

Alcatel Lucent

Alcatel-Lucent represents the 2006 merger of two of the most innovative companies in the telecommunications sector. Both companies were active in research, design and implementation of fixed and mobile telecommunications
hardware and software. Both companies also operate professional service organisations which design and implement telecommunications networks on behalf of operators and enterprises alike. Their main focus is on  IMS & Converged Networks products and services. This is still quite broad as they cover OAM (Operations & Management), OSS, service delivery platforms and the professional services required for design and implementation of bespoke systems to suit individual Network Operator’s requirements.

 

Cibenix

Cibenix Logo
Cibenix is a leading provider of On-Device Portal (ODP) solutions for mobile operators, supporting data service search and discovery across the full range of platforms including Symbian, Microsoft and Java. Their award-winning products are installed on mobile devices across the globe in multiple languages. The Cibenix ODP helps the subscriber easily find and use data services in an efficient and comfortable offline model and then to go online to access those services. This offline model of service discovery, combined with a dynamically updatable user interface, provides a hugely positive
experience for the subscriber and leads to a proven increase in the usage of data services.

The main market area of NCL is in messaging products, SMS/MMS Gateways. Their main product is Provoto SMS/MMS Gateway which framework provides messaging technologies including SMS, MMS, EMS, Nokia Smart Messaging,
long messages, Push WAP, the proprietary SWAP messaging and long messaging. The product roadmap for Provato SMS MMS Gateway includes the proprietary messaging transaction model that allows applications to group
messages into single transactions and to rollback on groups of messages. Typical examples would be premium rate long messages (e.g. ring-tones over premium rate numbers) and instant/group messaging applications.
The platform provides interfaces to Short Messaging (SMS), Enhanced Messaging (EMS), Multimedia Messaging (MMS) and Smart Messaging (Nokia), and future proofs your applications.
