Robert Mullins presented a paper, "An Architecture for IMS Services Using Open Source Infrastructure " at the Manweek conference in Venice on the 26th October. The paper addressed how the IMS ARCS project used open source software and tools to develop a set of end user services and enabling services deployed upon OpenIMS.
